My whole body feels itchy when I first enter a room where it's really hot? - itchy body

Sometimes when I'm in my house with AC and I go where it is hot, my body itches all especially my face. This also happens when I enter the kitchen when my mother is cooking something. Is this normal? It is really unpleasant. Do you have to do with acne or anything, because most of the itching in areas that have acne feel?
