Here are the top three adults fourth novel, the character and not useless.

A series about a militia, the "Super Heroes" in check.
2. And the last man
A series written by Brian K. Vaughn about Yorick, the last man on earth and his journey to survive a world without men.
3. Supreme Power JMS
Let the people Justice League current problems. A character is racist, it rises in full by the government are brainwashed super-American, etc., etc. Check it out.
4. Wanted
In addition to the movie was not great. they will be presented, each dark ambition that he never wanted, and he loves in a world with super villains.
These are mature themes and are well written. Higher Power ranks top in the series, as Michael J. Strazynski leaves, but it has a good start. Enjoy.
